This policy explains how digital products sold on Life Built in Canada are delivered and how we handle refund requests. Please read it before purchasing.
Digital products
Our paid products (including the CAD $5 Product Business Starter Toolkit and the CAD $19 First Import Starter Pack) are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped.
How you receive your product
After a successful payment, download access is provided immediately on the confirmation page, and a copy of the access link is also sent to the email address you enter at checkout. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and for saving the files you download to your own device.
Licence and use
Your purchase grants a personal and business-use licence for your own product business. The materials may not be resold, shared publicly or redistributed.
Refunds
This is a digital product delivered after successful payment. Please review the product description before purchasing. Because the product is delivered instantly, we do not offer a blanket satisfaction guarantee. Refund requests involving duplicate purchases, inaccessible files or technical delivery issues will be reviewed individually. Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
