Service providers we work with

To run this website and our emails, we share limited personal information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf:

Website hosting: Hostinger, which stores the website and its database.

Forms: Fluent Forms, used for our signup, contact and download forms.

Email & contact management: FluentCRM, together with our email-sending provider, used to deliver the free course, newsletters and updates you request.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, used to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

Payments: we do not currently process payments on this site. When paid products launch, we will name the payment processor here, and it — not Life Built in Canada — will handle your card details.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law:

Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your record, after which we remove it within a reasonable period.

Unconfirmed course signups: if you never confirm your email, your pending record is removed after about seven days.

Contact and inquiry messages: kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.

Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

Where your information is processed (cross-border)

Some of our providers store or process data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States and other countries. Where that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries. We only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the information they handle.

Accessing, correcting, or deleting your information

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. Strictly necessary: required for the site and its forms to work.

Preferences: remember choices such as dismissing a popup or that you have already joined the course.
