Digital Products Delivery and Refund Policy

Effective November 3, 2026

This policy covers digital products and subscriptions purchased directly from Life Built in Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Stripe processes payments.

When You’ll Receive Your Purchase

Within one business day after payment, we’ll activate your purchased access or email your download link, depending on what you ordered. We’ll send your confirmation to the email address you used at checkout. If your access, file or confirmation is missing after one business day, email hello@lifebuiltincanada.com with your checkout email and order number, if available.

Complete Shipment Workspace — C$49 per Project

This one-time purchase unlocks the paid workspace features for one trade project.

• Before activation, you can request a full refund for any reason.
• After activation, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds. If a paid feature doesn’t work as described, contact us within 14 days of activation. We’ll fix the issue or give you a full refund.

Pro and Directory Listing Subscriptions

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period until you cancel. To stop the next charge, cancel before your renewal date through the Stripe customer portal or email hello@lifebuiltincanada.com. If your receipt includes a portal link, you can use it to manage your subscription.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time unless we made a billing error or applicable law requires a refund.

First Import Starter Pack — C$19

The Starter Pack is a separate, one-time download. Once we deliver it, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds. If the file is corrupted, faulty or different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll replace the file or give you a full refund.

Billing Errors and Refund Timing

If we charge you twice or bill you in error, we’ll refund the incorrect charge in full. We issue refunds through Stripe to your original payment method within five business days of approval, or sooner if required by law. Your bank or card issuer may take another five to ten business days to show the credit.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including any right to cancel or receive a refund within a statutory deadline.
